I crafted a brand identity for a new type of rental property built on flexibility, resident diversity, and community creation.
Approach
We developed layer's brand universe from the ground up, from naming to brand identity and the whole brand experience that reflects the brand’s philosophy around flexible living solutions, community engagement, and its desired target for personalized rental solutions and access to a like-minded community. The name celebrates this variety of personas that come together to create something more robust and extensive than an individual. Layers is expressed via a diverse color palette that is always dynamically moving to form a beautiful mosaic. Online, the mosaic becomes a navigation device where stories and information become dynamic and memorable.
